Hey I'm Sebastian,
I am a photographer and creative director based in Nürnberg, Germany.

I love digital and analog and often work with both at the same time. Having been a tech nerd since my former life as an engineer, I still develop most of my own film. Gloves, chemicals and all! With a background in engineering and design, my approach balances structured thinking with intuition. Photography never stands alone. It’s always connected — to stories, emotions and the bigger idea behind it.

Curiosity, humor, sensitivity and an eye for small details characterize my style and I enjoy working with a great team around the topics of people, society, culture and business.
I work with magazines, brands, agencies and cultural institutions across editorial and commercial fields.

I am represented by NEUBAUERSCHWARZ, my editorial archive is available via LAIF.

I live with my wonderful wife and our two children in Nuremberg, Bavaria, where I eat Drei im Weggla all day long when I'm not holding a camera in my hand.
